If you would like to make an appointment, please contact me by phone or email. If I am in town and available, emergency calls and appointments are welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
To maintain reasonable and affordable fees, I operate a small, single-person office. With no staff, it is impossible for me to submit insurance for patients. I do present all patients at the end of each visit with a properly coded statement which the patient may use to submit to their insurance company if they so desire. Types of payment accepted at the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. I can accept and process all HSA-type medical cards.
Personal Injury Cases
I will accept and submit insurance for injuries sustained in Motor vehicle Accidents on a limited, case-by-case basis. Please call for further details.
Cancellation
As part of my commitment to making the most of your care and to ensuring maximum results, I send out text reminders the day before your appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. I request this advance notice so that I can offer that appointment time to another patient. A $50 fee will be charged if you fail to show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
